Dirty tables and no one willing to clean them off

Stopped in town to visit old friend. She took us to Pop's for breakfast. Food was GREAT! And the potatoe cakes were,hands down, the best Ive ever had!! Let the others try a bite and they all raved about them! Wish I had recipe so I could "try"and duplicate that awesomeness!
