My favorite pizza spot in town always delivers on deliciousness and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Despite a minor hiccup with their automated system, the exceptional service from the story manager, Britany, turned my experience around completely. She not only made my order efficient and enjoyable but also surprised us with a complimentary brownie, earning a solid 5-star rating in my book.
