This pizzeria is a must-try! The crust is perfectly crispy and the slices are served piping hot. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. I keep coming back for more of their delicious New York-style pizza.

Customer service was terrible. They messed up the order and did fix it but nothing else. Didn't apologize, or even acknowledge they did anything wrong. They did treat me disrespectfully, say I did wrong and basically call me a liar. I've never been treated this poorly at a restaurant. I will never return and will tell everyone that I know how disrespectful, rude and unapologetic the employees are

The pizza is great authentic New York style like you would order in New York. The reasoning for 2 stars is not against the food. The service is just truly god awful. I order 1 large cheese pizza. I was told 20 minutes to wait. I spent 20 minutes driving there. When i went in to pay i then waited another 15 minutes as if they waited for me to get there before cooking the food (mind you NOBODY else was in the restaurant customer wise). While waiting for my food I witnessed employees sitting on countertops next to food being made, people going outside to smoke then not washing their hands before handling food, and one guy got into the car parked next to me and took a hit from a pipe. When I went in to see if my pizza was ready I was told they burnt my pizza (my assumption is because they were too busy screwing around and not actually working). They offered me either a free appetizer or a free 2 liter soda. I then waited another 20 kinutes for a new pizza to be made. When i got to the car to check my order the pizza was heavily undercooked But after over an hour long of a wait i decided to just go home. I'm not the type to make a big deal out of things but the past 3 times I've ordered from Marios pizza there's always "something" that has happened. Despite my love for your food my fiance and I have agreed we will no longer be choosing to go to your establishment.

Called in take out. Wasn't ready, waited, they tried to overcharge me, got it home couldn't eat it. Worst cheese steak ever. Used to be decent not any good any more.
