The food at this restaurant was absolutely mouthwatering, with both the pasta and pizza being equally satisfying. The cozy atmosphere made me feel like I was transported to Italy, and despite a slightly forgetful waitress, the quick service and delicious food made for a great dining experience.

Pizza was ok but the sausage is basically pepperoni thinly sliced I was confused at first and then the sauce taste like it has carrot baby sauce in it very strange

The dark haired lady with an accent is always rude and never listens. she is right regardless of the situation. I had to pay twice for a salad and extra for a ranch dressing. It's a little ridiculous. I will never eat here again and will recommend my friends and family find somewhere else as well.

Since we are going thru this Covid 19 we are all trying new restaurant for our 1st or 2nd time. The first time my sub was delicious, the 2nd time was a different story. The dark haired lady w/ an accent did not listen to my order on the phone and screwed it up. I was at home after picking it up and called her back after specifically asking her before I left " did my sub have Mayonnaise on it", I am allergic to an ingredient in Mayonnaise, she assured me that it did not have it in my sub before I left. When I got home It was full of Mayonnaise, I had to carry it back and get a new sub made. She just don't care about pleasing the customer, plain and simple. This is one restaurant that needs to listen to the customer or face just closing the doors we can go elsewhere.

First time eating here. Ordered the wings and got home and was very disappointed. They were dry and tasted bland; no seasoning at all. Will never recommend them to anyone.

I ordered spaghetti w meat sauce, the sauce was runny,concistancy was thinner than tomato juice. With less flavor. Bread stick was flavorless, and hard at bottom half way thru. Was given pizza instead, that was also less than desirable. Service however was great!
