Dear God, that was awful. Took us 1hr. 45min to order and eat 2 hamburgers. $35 later and it was all Shitte. May had well thrown our money in the trash. We won't be back. Suggest you go to Wendy's or somewhere elae....this place sucks

My family and I came one weekend and had a horrible experience. For starters, we got a chili cheese nacho platter, and after we had all eaten a couple bites we realized the meat was RAW!! Completely red. We asked the waitress to not bring us another one and she said "well just eat around it." ???? Then all 5 of us got hamburgers WELL DONE and 4 of our burgers were also raw. Inedible. Our waitress even admitted that it was raw and made a nasty face. Then when the ticket came, we had no discount except one hamburger was 50% off. We also didn't pay for the nachos but we literally couldn't eat it. I have never in my life written a review before, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. Just save your money. Don't eat here

I'm local and have gone here about 5 times over two years. At best this place is mediocre. Today was the second horrible experience in a row. Waited over an hour for two burgers and an order of nachos. This despite the place being relatively empty for a lunch on the much hyped solar eclipse weekend which should have been if anything overstaffed. Food arrives and burgers are not cooked as ordered and nachos undercooked without all ingredients, ( there are only about five). Our table's wait and dissatisfaction with food quality was the norm by our observation. "Manager" came over and was told wait was inexcusable and food was not adequately prepared. She seemed uninterested and offered to comp the nachos when in fact the entire meal should have been written off. The owners don't care about providing quality as even the restroom fascilities are inadequate for a tavern. They have a monopoly in the sports bar catagory here and know it. Avoid this place and go to Valley River Brewery around the block while they still care about pleasing customers. This place sucks.

I love Chevelles in Murphy - it is extremely clean and the service is good. Some of the food is heavy, but there are lighter and healthier items too.
