I found this amazing spot for Vietnamese food that uses super fresh ingredients, and I was blown away by the clean broth of the Pho bo viíªn. The service was fantastic, especially from Katie, and everything I tried, including the chicken pho and crab rangoons, was delicious-I'm totally obsessed!

So I guess the hours changed they are closed on Mondays Ugh!!! I still wanted some pho so I went to wasabi 8. The food was the same price but at Wasabi 8 the pho quality was very poor, the choices of pho are limited and what the hell was the cubed steak although it was tender but no. If I'm paying the same price I need to up scale quality to be the same. At Eco Pho the food quality was soo much better. I get the brisket and steak and oh my the way the preparation of the dish is wonderful and that meat is sooo good. They have the onions and leafy greens neatly prepared as well. I regret going to Wasabi 8 I just thought their preparation and delivery was going to be a 10 and it was a 1 and a half. Eco Pho is overlooked they should be booming.

Excellent food. Miss being able to dine in but it isnt safe now with COVID 19. Maybe it will be over soon and we can enjoy the full lovely dining experience again.
