The Chinese restaurant in Concord run by Bing serves up the best General TSO's chicken and extra spicy Garlic Chicken in town. The atmosphere is relaxing, with soft music playing in the background, and the service is exceptional. I was introduced to this gem by a student on my bus and have been a loyal customer ever since.
