The food and service at this restaurant were exceptional, offering traditional American dishes that were satisfying. I plan to return for another meal in the future. The staff, especially our server Abby, went above and beyond to accommodate us, making our experience memorable and enjoyable.

I have no idea how this restaurant stays in business! They make it do difficult to eat there. It is next to impossible to get a to go order. We have been turned away at the door because the kitchen is backed up. They are always rude snd don't seem to care. I would recommend Home Slice on Main Street. They offer great food, service snd it is obvious they appreciate your business!

The Hotel Tavern is an awesome place to dine! Great food and great drinks! Service is always great, the owners are constantly roaming and chatting with guest. They have a great GF menu...I can finally have a decent burger out!!

This restaurant has the worst customer service of any restaurant in WJ. First time we ordered a to go order we were told the time, We pulled in the parking lot and waited an additional 30 minutes before finally getting out the car and going in to ask what was going on with our order... Our food and several other people's food were just sat up on a rack... Where's the health inspector when you need one? Food was cold. Ok.. Two weeks have past and I thought, I will give them another chance.. So, At 5:50 PM tonight, I called to place another order to go. I was told that they will not accept togo orders until 7:00pm . I said thats fine. I will call back at 7pm. After calling 4 times, At 7:14pm, a woman or girl answered. I said that I was calling to place an order togo. Now, I was told that they are not accepting orders to go. What the crap? Had they told me the first time I called, I could have ordered from another restaurant and not have waited an hour and half for dinner. I said this was ridiculous. I said, fine I can post my review everywhere and she said she didn't care. So, Ok. I will do that. Including using the recorded phone calls to make some videos for the You Tubing channel... I will not give this restaurant a cent of my money and I would not recommend anyone to go here.
