Verona in Shelby exceeded my expectations with its diverse menu offering Italian, American, and Greek cuisine all under one roof. Despite its small seating area, the restaurant was able to comfortably accommodate our group of 10+ for our usual Sunday lunch. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very courteous and accommodating to our large and lively group. I heard that Verona will soon be relocating to a new location nearby, which will provide them with better visibility and more space - a testament to their success as a locally owned establishment.

Wonderful delicious food. Very reasonable prices. I don't live in Shelby but when I pass thru I always stop to pick up something.

Loved our Calzones. My husband got a Greek salad and he said it was delicious. You must try the Tuxedo cake. Large piece and it is most delicious

Called to place an order and the guy told my wife and I that he didn't have time for us to make up our mind on the second order we were going to place. Who tells a customer while trying to place a order that he didn't have time to wait a second. Must not need a customer that eats up there 2 times every week. Smart attitude, and he will never get another dollar for us. I can't believe his attitude. If I treated my customers that way, I would not have any. We will never go back

We love this restaurant. The service is phenomenal compared to other restaurants in the area. The food is great! Staff is very pleasant whether you dine in or order for take out. Family oriented. You'll love it so try it!

Great food at a good price! Portions are enough, sometimes a lot so you could share with someone.
The owner is willing to make you anything not on the menu if he has the ingredients! It's Italian selections are really good, and while there's not as much Greek selection as the Italian, it's really good as well. You can get veggies with your meal, instead of the usual fries or potatoes that every other restaurant seems to serve. Salads are very good! Overall, it's one of few that we eat at regularly.

We have eaten in side many times, always great service, friendly staff and amazing food. Have also ordered for pick up, which I'm doing later tonight, it's the greatest
