KFC in Burgaw, NC.
I'm SOOOO irritated with them. The customer service was fine.... I thought. They were kind to me. I went there last night for a bucket and sides. Ordered a dark meat bucket with the normal sides. Got home and the order was so screwed up. I received ONE thigh, five legs and...TWO BREASTS! What? I really only eat thighs and my kid eats legs. So for my money I got ONE THIGH from the chicken. I won't be going back. I don't have money to throw away.
$20+ right out the window.
Why is it so hard to get orders right?
I've worked in food service. There is ALWAYS a way to get stuff done.
So ill. Grr.
