After a day at Grandfather Mountain, we found this little spot and decided to give it a try. The pulled pork sandwich was tasty, and the Mac and cheese was a hit. The live music added to the cozy vibe, and the friendly service made our visit enjoyable.

Incredibly fresh chopped BBQ and sides. They smoke in their 1921 smokehouse! The sandwiches are served on local toasted bakery sourdough. The collards and Mac and Cheese are the best. The blueberry cake with blueberry icing and a layer of lemon curd in the middle is made by Davin at the local coffee shop/bakery and it's the bomb!!!!! All in a quaint 100 year old general store. Also they have a top notch tavern and great team of friendly employees!!!!
