Absolutely the worst food and service I have ever experienced. I called three weeks prior to a Christmas party I was coordinating to make a reservation for 21 people. I was referred to the event coordinator who I spoke with on and off for the entire three weeks. She assured me everything would be taken care of. We showed up on December 13th with 18 people. The tables were not set up, the kitchen was not staffed properly, we had one waitress for 18 people who quite obviously was not a waitress she had no idea what she was doing. After the horrible experience I realized she was the event coordinator.... It took two hours to get our food half of our group was done eating before the other half even had their food. The food was horrible absolutely horrible!! Most of us didn't eat because it was so bad. When we tried to speak to a manger to address the situation we were met with attitude. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this experience as I had been to Biagio's probably 12 times in the past and always had amazing service and food. I have been told that they changed owners and if that is the case you may want to seriously reconsider what you are doing. Will not go back absolutely do not recommend!! Worst dining experience to date!

XMas party of 18. Reservations made. Showed up; not set up. Guests help combine tables. 1 server for 18 people. Food took TWO HOURS TO ARRIVE. One end of table done eating when other were just receiving their food. Grilled cheese - was SO HARD we passed one half of the sandwich around hitting the table with hit and laughing. This next part is no exaggeration. 1 guest ordered a plan hamburger. Server brought it out with cheese on it. Her comment was she didn't understand why the guy was behind the grill as he was in training and should only be observing and she took the burger back. She brought the plate back out within five minutes. They actually had the unprofessionalism as to scrape off the cheese and then flip the burger over to "attempt" to cover it up. I brought it to the server's attention (but she already knew). Out of the 18 meals, 15 were horrible. My cheeseburger was not fresh; it was pre-made and so small that there was literally 1/2" of bun before you reached pre-made/frozen burger. One of our party went to the back to ask for manager.....low and behold the manager was our server! UNBELIEVABLE. Her response to our complaints, "well what do you expect me to do about it" and then she literally stormed off. Our meal was comp'd but it was the worst service/food/professionalism you can imagine. No embellishments here - totally happened; 13 Dec 2018.

I was told this establishment had great food and service. Not sure what happened but it had neither when I went. I ordered an omelet and 2 hours later,while all other folks in my party had eaten, it arrived. I will not go here again and do not recommend it.
