I ordered 4 Venti drinks on 11/11/2020 in the Lumberton, NC location. I order there quite often, but all of my drinks were wrong. Location had no whipped cream or sweet cream and my hot coffee tasted like water. I have tried to call several times to get refunded for my drinks and the phone goes to voicemail. I called again and someone answer but once I started talking they hung up. I called right back and of course call went to voicemail which I left a message. I was not happy and would like a refund on my starbucks account for all 2 drinks.
