The sushi and hibachi at this restaurant are consistently delicious, making it a favorite spot for my family for years. The fresh ingredients and friendly service set this place apart as the best sushi joint in Burlington. Even when dining in a small space, the welcoming staff and excellent food make every visit enjoyable.

This place used to be the best sushi in town. I think they are under new ownership because the menu has changed and so have the people and the sushi chef. All of the servers looked like high school students. When I tried to order my usual rolls, I was told "we don't have that" so I ordered my next usual again "we don't have that" I replied it's on your menu and I've ordered it countless times before."That must be from the old menu we have a new menu." So I went in to look at the new menu and to my dismay not only had the prices gone up, but a lot of my favorite sushi items were gone. So I ordered 3 rolls, 2 new Chef's Specials and 1 classic crunchy roll. The Bonsai Tree was short 1 piece and very small. The crunchy roll and rainbow rolls were falling apart, and the seafood taste was very bland and not quality. For the amount I paid, and from the "old menu" I expected a lot more out of this place. I will be going to Simply Thai for my sushi from now on as it is much better as far as qua
