Best food in town hardworking friendly staff and Mr Alfredo friendly and always looking after his guests and if you want some awesome fried chicken visit his wife they have it going on

First time going and will be the last. Worst Italian food I have ever tried to eat. Bolognese sauce and lasagna had absolutely NO taste....none. Owner didn't believe me because no one else had complained about his food. We also waited over an hour for our awful meal. Save your money. Go to Pizza Inn or Olive Garden. Anything would be a better choice.

there is nowhere better than here to eat shrimp & grits. The taste is phenomenal and portions are just right for large eaters.

The food and service are second to none.There is a personal touch to everything,when you walk in the place.We go there whenever we can,and have taken family members from out of town to dine with us too.

Had the spaghetti and meat balls, nothing special and the portions especially for the price are kind of small. I have had much better spaghetti at other places for less money.

My wife and I have a new favorite restaurant! Up to this point I only THOUGHT i've had real Italian food, this place is hands down the best. The service was great and the owner SINCERELY greeted us as if we were family, which was very refreshing. We will be going back soon!

Without a doubt, the finest cuisine in Sampson County. My husband and I eat at Alfredo's 2-3 times a month and have NEVER been disappointed. Everything from the freshly baked bread to the delicious Mascarpone cheese cake is prepared with just the right amount of love!
