If you're looking for a great Italian dining experience, Garofola's has amazing pizza and friendly service.

I highly recommend Garofola's for a wonderful dining experience, especially during Valentine's Weekend with their special menu. The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and the overall atmosphere feels like home - it's definitely a place I look forward to visiting again.

Food is always delicious and authentic. It is really Italian and not sugar sauce. I've had them cater two events for me and everyone raved about it.

Awful service and just ok food during my last visit. The quality of this place has certainly gone down. Full disclosure --we were a party of 10 so I can understand the food not getting to us as soon as we would like but we were the only table in the dining area and waited at least 30-40 minutes for food that wasn't great. This was disappointing. In the past this has been a good place to visit but our last experience was so bad--were done.

Great Italian food! My husband and I love eating at Garafola's. We've tried different dishes and never had a bad meal. Also, the owners are so nice and welcoming.

When I went to eat at this restaurant a couple of weeks ago I noticed lould screaming in the kitchen. Also the service was bad.

I have never eaten at this restaurant, simply for one reason. I know a person that worked there and was yelled at on several occasions (I understand that young people may not always be the best of workers), but on more that one occasion, the owner used cursing to speak to the employee. There is never a time when this should happen. If all the employees receive this type of condemnation then perhaps all the reviews about bad service is true. No one can work in a stressfull environment.

We always get the veal parmesan, carry-out, and it is delicious. There is always enough for each of us to have 3 meals. We like the steamed veggies and garlic knots...just wish they had less butter on both.

This is Carolyn again. I just saw that someone stated that I was a disgruntled employee that got fired! That is a total fabrication as I have never even worked in the food service industry! OBVIOUSLY they need the employees to say that so the reviews don't seem honest! My review was accurate and I am not nor have I ever been employed by these people.
We actually had given them another chance since then for take out only. The pizza Is DECENT at best and I would never buy another pasta dish there!!!

Pizzas are greasy food. Ordered take out and attempted to heat up left over pizza the next day and it was dripping from grease. Completely disgusting. Female owner hangs out at tables and gossips about others on an ongoing basis. She is completely annoying and if she's not talking to you about other patrons, she's definitely talking about you to others. While she gossips the people she has working for her run around and provide completely lousy service. I can't even give this place one star but have to in order to submit the review. The place needs to be closed down. The female owner has no idea how to run a restaurant!!!

My husband and i went in for lunch 2 days ago at about 3:30. I ordered a meatball hero and my husband ordered rigatoni and meatballs. My husbands meal came with soup. The waitress brought my food to the table and said my husbands food would be out soon. About 5 minutes later she brought his soup which was so hot he burned himself. About 5 minutes later she came back and apologized that his order was taking so long but the owner was having problems sending something on the computer and he said to offer my husband a drink. My husband advised he doesn't drink alcohol and that it was only 4:oopm My husbands food finally arrived and was absolutely disgusting. The pasta was so overcooked that it all broke apart on the plate when you tried to pick it up with a fork and the sauce was oily and once again, boiling hot so he burned his mouth again. The waitress never came back to ask how everything was and we even had to get up and go to the register to get our check. They didn't even comp my husbands soda and when i told the waitress how gross the food was, she didn't even respond to. And the sad thing is...we were the only people there. It wasn't even busy!!!!! I will NEVER go back! Bad food AND bad service!!
