The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance and was bustling with customers. While most of the dishes were enjoyable, the limited staff resulted in inconsistent service, with delays in attending to tables and fulfilling requests. Despite these challenges, dining on a quieter evening may offer a more positive experience.

If you plan on going to Trio, make sure you check out their "new" menu as the "previous" menu remains posted on-line. Their old menu, which was very good, has been changed and replaced with one that has ABSOLUTLEY no choice(s). No pasta entres, no choices with entres (ie: side salads). We wanted to leave immediately after looking at their "new" menu. We would have left, only we were with another couple, and found out later they agreed and would have left hadn't they not been with us. The overall dining experience was very disappointing and we arent't interested in returning.

Not impressed. May 12, bill didn't ad up, didn't get what I ordered, the waiter didn't offer to correct my order. When I asked about the bill, he told me the system wasn't set up for the added price of chicken, a 5.00 charge not on the bill, however the fee for the crispy chicken was on the bill. Won't be back anytime soon.
