Thoroughly enjoyed our meal !
So very clean restaurant,a huge assortment of choices,DELICIOUS eggroll( best in Truro),actual meal,chicken, rice and huge fresh stir fry with lots of fresh vegetables ,broccoli etc.,not overcooked but just right,tender to bite. Colors,textures,flavor.....TOP RATEðŸ‘!!!!!

We have been going to China Rose for almost 30 years and have never had a bad meal, never disappointed.

We moved to Truro fourteen months ago from Dartmouth, NS. We have tried all the other Chinese restaurants in Truro and Bible Hill, our conclusion was we would have to travel to the city for good Chinese food. This evening we were very pleasently suprised the food from the China Rose Cafe, is some of the best we have ever eaten, and the restaurant is clean and smelled good. Whenever we order Chinese food it will be from here.

I don't normally write a review but we did not get value for our money . We purchase a number one and number six tonight . Neither one of us where able to eat the rice is was a paste or glue consistency. The chicken was mostly batter . I was also disappointed with the Chow Mein is was very salty . Egg rolls where also soggy . Overall experience not good and it was my birthday , a night off from cooking .

Carpets through the place, bacteria and dust mites for sure. Smell like mild and mildew. The ceiling looks to be leaking. Was giving rotten plum sauce in a take out. My family didn't get to enjoy egg rolls. Beef was bloody. Served day old rice. Rice had a burnt taste to it. Honesty overall bad experience. Bad service very dirty environment. Place should be condemned.
