This is our favorite place in all of Hants County to eat , in fact I don't know of any other place anywhere that I enjoy more. The staff is very friendly & the food is amazing! The prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area & the portions are good as well.It has a down home feeling & the seating is spaced for privacy& safety .

The supervisor that works at the Sackville location is a complete b*tch!! My husband and I called in our order, wait the 10 minutes that we were told to.. when we went to pick up our order, the "supervisor" argued that we never called in our order and called my husband a "liar", even though he could show on his cellphone, the 4minute call, that the order was taken... instead of saying "I'm sorry sir, your order got misplaced.. give us 5 minutes and we will get it sorted out.." the "supervisor" argued with him that she had answered all phone calls and taken all orders and that he was a liar.... how is this good customer service or a way to keep customers...??? When he asked to speak with the manager, she literally puffed out her chest and flicked her collar (*to make herself seem cool and in charge) And let it be known, she was the only one there in charge... pathetic if you ask me.... and also, at one point, another waitress came out from the kitchen trying to help find the order and the so called "supervisor" yelled at her "you do not serve him.. get back into the kitchen.." how is that customer service at all???? And then when my husband called to speak with the owner, he blamed it all on COVID-19...... I understand that it would be stressful.. but we were ordering takeout.. and if your "supervisor" can't handle the working conditions.. then that may be on the owners and the supervisors.. considering, the one woman that came out who was calm and trying to fix the situation, the ignorant supervisor yelled a her to get back in the kitchen.
I was glad when this restaurant open, as there aren't many restaurants in this area.. but after this... I will NEVER eat here again and will make sure others never eat here either!!!!!
