"Best Wine bar in NYC?" Laughable.
Inoteca has some pretty decent wines if you like only over-priced and over-produced Italian stuff. They suffer from a lack of inspiration and the service has been awful both times I have been.
The one thing I can say is the food is spot on and, as this is the most important part of a restaurant, it helps me to overlook Inoteca's over-hyped wine program.

Great for wine lovers. 'inoteca has the best wine bar in the city, arguably. Food is good, but not the best italian in the city. Service can be alittle spotty. But 'inoteca is a must visit for wine lovers.
