Serafina on University hit the mark for us tonight with fantastic food and a cozy vibe. The fettuccine with lobster and the pennette stolichnaya were standout dishes, and the service was quick and attentive despite an initial hiccup. It's the kind of cozy Italian joint that makes you want to return every week, especially for a special occasion.
