So I went there for lunch and the snapples wasn't cold enough, I politely asked for some ice and the cashier insisted on charging me for ice even though the Snapple wasn't cold,. Such a BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE UPPER EAST SIDE.. she was literally arguing with me, so i left walked a block down and got some real customer service ,, by the way I asked for ice at Gourmet Park and the cashier said " certainly "" and asked me how my day was , very impressive. So Deliisimo , you lost a customer ðŸ‘ŽðŸ¿
