During my recent visit to the Palo Alto arts festival, I discovered the potato spinach knish at Tante's and was eager to try it. The knish had a perfectly crisp exterior and a savory filling that made for an excellent snack between meals. The friendly staff shared their passion for this classic dish, and I appreciated the authentic flavor that reminded me of my New York roots.
