Definitely try the Zach with added bacon at Pelican Poboys - those sandwiches are incredible! Even though the line might be long during First Fridays, it's absolutely worth the wait for such delicious food. Stalking their Food Truck Mafia stops for a taste of the red beans and rice or jambalaya seems like a great plan - if the shrimp poboy is any indication, the rest of the menu will be pure yum!
