I regret hiring Duane Catering for my event. The food quality was shockingly bad—bland, poorly cooked, and not worth the price. The staff's unprofessional behavior added to the disappointment; they were disorganized and rude throughout. The owner was the worst part, making false promises about the food and presentation. He was dismissive and unhelpful when we raised concerns. I strongly advise against using Duane Catering. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reputable service.

My husband and I recently used Duane's catering for our wedding. Our guests to this day are still talking about the cheese wheel and how great the veggies were. Our guests, as well as us, loved all of the food and I wish we had leftovers. It was delicious and the setup they did was gorgeous. We did three passed trays and three live food stations (carving station, pasta bar, and veggie/salad station).

We want to say a massive thank you to you for catering this week of our short film shoot in Pencombe.
The catering was absolutely fantastic! From the quality of the meals, service, and your professionalism, it really was absolutely superb and we had huge amounts of positive feedback from the cast and crew on how wonderful the catering/ food was. Really appreciate you going the extra mile and making sandwiches brown/ whole meal options for everyone, honestly, we are so incredibly happy and we will of course highly recommend you going forward to anyone looking for catering services.

The beef short ribs and the salmon were all-star hits at our party! They were extremely professional, the staff were great, and the food was top-notch. Highly recommend!

We owe you the biggest thank you for catering at our wedding function! The food was incredible, our guests loved it and the portion size was excellent! It really felt like you were a part of the wedding, not only was the food amazing, but you were also so flexible on the day with timings as well and we really appreciated that. We are also so grateful for all the help you gave us in the lead-up to the wedding. You were so efficient, made everything so clear to us, and gave us many ideas as well. You really did make it all very easy and stress-free for us.
Thank you for everything you did to make the wedding a success. Definitely recommend Duane's Catering. We will send you some photos when we get them!

A standing ovation is in order for the catering company that dazzled us at our recent corporate gathering. The menu they put together was a delightful culinary journey that left everyone raving. The flavors were balanced to perfection, and the presentation was remarkable – almost too beautiful to eat! The professionalism of the catering staff was remarkable; they anticipated needs and were incredibly accommodating. It's rare to encounter a catering service that combines such artistry with flawless execution. For an unforgettable catering experience, these folks deserve 5 stars without a doubt!

I encourage anyone looking to hire Duane's Catering and Confections to first read through the reviews of the business - I failed to do so and was left extremely disappointed on a very important day.

The quality of the food does not match the pictures that are represented on the website. Duane misrepresents what he is capable of doing and then when it is brought to his attention he is dismissive and unsympathetic with no customer service policies to speak of at all.

First, he arrived close to 30 minutes late and I was left rushing to set up the party as my guests were arriving. To make is worse, the meat on the cold cuts platter arrived on the tray as if it were taken directly out of the package from the store - in a giant roll, versus the image of what I had ordered. It was stacked on top of the cheese which made it soggy and unusable. I did not have the time to unroll the meat for the party and it was unused. When I followed up with him to ask for a refund for that portion of the food, he insinuated that I was lying and refused any further communication.

To say the least, I would not recommend using this caterer. I'm embarrassed that I chose to.

We just had a really good experience with Duane’s Catering and Confections. Duane was very easy to work with, he is reasonably priced and his food is delicious! He worked hard to make sure our event was
a success!! We had a wonderful party thanks to Duane!

I had a super last minute birthday party request, and Duane was able to pull it off seamlessly. Everything was delicious: stuffed mushrooms, chicken satay, macaroni and cheese, HUGE pear salad, salmon, bbq chicken, plus so much more. I was blown away by his communication, the quality and quantity of food, price, etc. So professional, so polite, plus yummy food. Would recommend 1000x over.
