Am eating at Walter's now. Went to the restroom washed my hand. After trying to get paper towels out of an empty dispenser, I tried the air dryer, it doesn't work. Looked for tissue, all gone. Went out and asked the manager , Leslie M. If I could have some paper towels or napkins, ( in those exact words). She replied, " Yes, you can, sense you asked us so nicely). She passed our table on the way to the restroom with paper towels. As she passed, I stated"I could have been rude", to which she responded, " You were rude". Now, you tell me, Is this good customer relations? This isn't the first time we've encountered rudeness her, but, it will be the last time.

This restaurant has the poorest service of any I have ever seen. It took 40 minutes to get our order supposedly because they had forgotten to make gravy. When we complained about the service and asked to speak to the manager, the owner came out and refused to make any compensation for the wait. He was rude and not at all helpful. When I called back up there to complain again, he hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend this unfriendly place to anyone.

My friend and I visited there today. The food was great. Wished you were in Midland, too. Keep up the good work.
