Having moved from downtown Columbus after 12 years of endless pizza options, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent pizza I discovered here, with its great crust, flavorful sauce, and generous toppings, which compelled me to leave a review despite rarely doing so.

Called ahead and picked up pizza, a sub, and boneless wings on way home from work. Order was done ahead of schedule when I arrived, and every thing was still warm and delicious when I arrived home with it(about 15 min). We all thought it was very good.
We have eaten here before and will continue to do so.
Thanks for the great food and service.

We've been ordering from Montell's for the past ten years but today is the last day. I ordered a pepperoni and extra cheese pizza, opened the box and noticed a weird discoloration. Lifted up the cheese and saw what looked like pesto under the cheese? I called montells and told them it looked like something got baked into the pizza and asked if we could come pick up a new pizza. They put me on the phone with Megan who told me it was oregano that was spilled on the pizza, she was the one who cut it. I told her neither my son or myself wanted to eat this pizza and she said the best they could do was half off a new pizza. " We can't just give you another extra large pizza because oregano was spilled on it" I told her it was about a full cup of oregano and she simply said sorry. We've spent thousands of dollars at montells over the years but won't be spending anymore. I can't even remember the last time I complained about a food order. I try to be understanding of food service workers realizing it's not an easy job, but this is ridiculous. Ridiculous they realized they messed up an order and sent it out in the first place, ridiculous they wouldn't correct their mistake.
