Bbq Sauce was Not Orignal-Taste too much like Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce, hell I can get that at Restaurant Depot. Ribs were definitely Recooks and the Brisket was dry. Dry!!! Having a Successful BBQ Restaurant comes from the Heart, you always got to be Two Steps ahead of your Competition! You have gone to what 25-or 30 BBQ Rule 1 Never Copy from your Competition, it looks like you are trying, I'll give you That Much. You Got To Be Different to be The Best, hopefully, you Guys don't run Out of $$$$$$. while trying to get there. Being in the "Red" can be Stressful! Your Staff can use Some Coaching, Blane Answers to Question, Smile, and say "Thank You" and you will get a GUEST back everytime. Your Guests are Your No#1 Asset as well as your Staff you will go a long way and have "Kick -ss Hometown BBQ Resteraunt" all you have to do is follow this simple things of Advise. The Master BBQ Chef...............
