Went there last week and was not impressed at all! The waitresses seem very stressed out and very understaffed, food was not that good for price, burger was undercooked and pizza was still doughy. There seems to be a continuous conflict with management. WILL NOT be returning

Way to overpriced for low quality food, it took 10 minutes to even be waited on. Went there last week since the fire happened and it was way better before this. Understaffed, food not cooked the way it is supposed to be! Portion size way to small management way better before the new one. This place has fallen apart. Not to mention manager does not seem to care about workers. Will not be returning

Our wait time wasn't too bad however I did feel horrible for the people who came in after us. 2 parties of 6. There was a long table of 12 (2 pushed together) which sat empty the entire 1 1/2 hours we were there. (These 2 parties were still waiting when we left). I asked our server why they didn't seat anyone there and they said that's in case a huge party comes in.?????? So what??!!!! You just going to put them ahead of everyone out there in your waiting area??? SMH Same thing with a really long table to the east of us. Empty the entire time but the waiting area out front was completely full. They could have put 20 or so people at that table🙄
As for the food, since we had heard do many mixed reviews I was cautious and ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich which was good but a little dry, another had loaded baked potato which was VERY under cooked to the point of being crunchy in the middle, and another had pulled pork sandwich with the sweet potato fries. That was pretty good. Will we go back? No. You have a very screwed up way of seating people and making them wait when there is no need. Food is not that great for the price

We love all the foods especially the pizzas. I would like to suggest serving chicken chunks with BBQ sauce. My favorite item. We, also think it's a great place to take family and friends. The servers are all so gracious and kind. I recommend this place to all.
