Why do so many people eat here? WAY too long of a wait for mediocre food. The last time we went I ordered the most expensive steak on the menu (the ribeye) and it was so fatty I could barely get five bites out of it.
I never planned to go back but my daughter requested it tonight. I asked the waiter about three different dishes on the menu and he literally said each one of them were "horrible"...okay. Apparently he's not a fan of their food either!
He said the ribeye is good and I must've gotten a bad piece last time. I trusted him and tried it again. Yuck. Fatty and chewy. We sent it back and got the NY Strip, and it was edible at least.
Next time... LONGHORN.
Maybe there the waiters can at least vouch for the food. *shrug*

Worst Texas Roadhouse experience ever. I believe Joe Palmer is the proprieter and owner of this particular restaurant. His staff is unprofessional and lacks any sense of customer satisfaction. I waited more than 35 minutes past my designated time for pickup before simply leaving. They took my money and did not even bother calling me!. Joe, I believe that is called theft sir.
