Twice I've ordered online, and both times they said my order wasn't placed when I had a confirmation email. So I called the store the 2nd time it happened. The girl that answered phone said their was no order in there system. I showed them my email confirmation,and a different worker said it was delivered. The delivery driver pulled up while I was at pick up window and she has delivered it to wrong address.. Then I had to sit and wait forever for it to be remade!!!!!!! Not happy!!!!!!
