Absolutely horrible experience with the manager! I couldn't believe how unprofessional and rude she was to my children. I repeatedly asked for the name of her supervisor after she refused to let my kids have their free scoop of ice cream that came with the kids meals. She also took their scoopie tokens which they were collecting to get a prize and shredded them in front of them. I was completely blown away. I always thought Culver's was a family friendly place to bring my children but I was wrong. Please avoid the Sandusky location. The girl who claimed to be the manager was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional!
