Today has been a very busy day so I called and placed a pickup order. I gave the usual info my name and phone number, but before I hung up I asked for the total as I was just curious. I waited for nearly 5 minutes before I hung up thinking it was no big deal they must be busy and I already knew it would be ready in 35 minutes. I live about 20 minutes away. But can you imagine my surprise when I drive there and they didn't make my order! Their excuse was they thought I just wanted the price and I didn't call back. Ummm really? I gave my number I placed an order. I can look up the price online just like how I got the number to call. So now I have to deal with a hangry husband. Thanks alot I will never waste my gas or do business with this place again.
