The food here is excellent, especially the fish and steak dinners. Arriving early is advisable to secure a table, as the interior may seem dated but the quality and affordability of the meals make it worthwhile.

Upon walking in we were not greeted. I walked to the host station and said hi reservations for 6. No how are you doing tonight, hello, welcome"¦. We were escorted to our table as she gave menus and silverware to everyone did not say one word. Felt very uncomfortable. Server came over asked for drink order. No personality, no customer service skills. No drink menu. Felt as though we were a bother to her. Our table of 6 spend $350+ meal was fabulous. Steaks cooked and seasoned well. I like to interact with the server and joke around ask questions have a good time. As she brought us our bills she let us know 18% gratuity was added because of party size. I joked and said oh only 18% I was gonna tip 25%. She smirked and said yeah that's what everyone says. Again food zero complaints but I can make a good meal at home. I go out for the whole package. Social interaction, fun, and relaxing environment. Just sucks to feel so stiff.

Rude customer service that rushed us out the door immediately after our meal before we even had the opportunity to finish our drinks!!! The lady was not our waitress and told us other people were waiting and we needed to leave or move to the bar! We just spent almost $200.00 on 4 dinners, we were finishing our drinks. We had on been there one hour and 20 minutes of which the first 15 minutes we waited to order drinks and appetizers. So o e hour for appetizers, salads and dinner.
One party member is also a restaurant owner. What restaurant owner asks a customer to leave? And that hasn't even finished their beverage!
I've read other reviews of this restaurant rushing people out! It's ridiculous and horrible customer service. We will not be back! We will spend $200.00 with a restaurant that appreciates their customers!
