The meals evoke the comfort of home cooking, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality provided. On one occasion, I brought a pizza to my wife after her time at the Cleveland Clinic, and it truly made her day. Despite a mix-up with my order, the restaurant addressed it promptly and ensured I was satisfied, reflecting their commitment to customer service.

Every meal here tastes like a comforting home-cooked dish, and I've enjoyed it twice, each time feeling like I've experienced heaven on a plate. The mostaccioli pasta, accompanied by a salad and bread, is a generous portion that left me completely satisfied. After my wife's long recovery, her only wish was for a pizza from Bellaria, and when I brought it to her, it truly felt like a moment of joy; this place consistently delivers great food and excellent service at wonderful prices.

Had an absolute fantastic experience at this Belleria! I just recently moved to the area and the staff was so friendly and very helpful with all my questions.The food was delicious and decently priced. So happy I found this place, I will definitely be ordering all the time!!

Got a burned pizza and when I tried to return it, the manager Joella at the Niles location actually told me that was how their ovens cooked the pizza! Lol , what a joke! Does she REALLY believe that the consumer is that stupid? Will never go back!!!!!

I use to go here a lot but one time I ordered food and use my debit card. Then about a week later there was another use of my card at this location for the SAME amount that was my order the week before. I did not order anything at that time. I called and talked to the female manager and she was nice and I understood that somehow they pulled my ticket and put it through AGAIN because their computers were down the week before. She stated that yes they took money twice and that no I did not order from there since the week before. She assured me that she would get back to me... yea I have called about 7 times since then never getting to talk to a manager and no one returns my messages. Its been almost a month and nothing has been put back in my account. I tried to be understanding that it was THEIR mistake and give them time to fix it. Well... I will make sure everyone I talk to knows that they made a mistake and did not do anything to fix it. I will not be ordering from there again. Any Belleria for that matter.
