We visited this location during a boil advisory and we're notified by the waitress that only bottled soft drinks were being served. What she didn't tell us was that the bottle was going to cost us $3.25 for 12 ounces! When we complained to the manager, she just shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry, there's nothing I can do." When a customer has a legitimate complaint, "sorry, there's nothing I can do" is NOT an acceptable answer! If you want to respect your customer, you eat the additional expense of buying bottled beverages...you don't rape them on the check.
