Worst service I've ever experienced and food is always cold if you order through the drive thru. Guy at the drivethru the past 2 times I've gone through it sounds like he would rather be dead then working drivethru of a BK. Asked to add another sandwich to my order after I paid for the first order and he told me "you have to pull back around" mind you, the moron is still holding my card in his hand. Are you f-ck-ng kidding me? Lmao than tells someone off to the side "yeah no I'm gonna make him wait" either he didn't think I could hear him through the window or he just didn't give a sh-t. Worst service I've experienced in Englewood. Absolute rubbish excuse of customer service. Might as well have a Corpse behind the counter. It will treat you with better respect than these poor excuses for employees!!!
