I took my granddaughter, neice and nephew to eat lunch and to play in the playground. They asked if they could play while their order was being filled, and I said "sure". By the time I got the food and entered the door of the playground, there was an employee yelling and pointing her finger at my granddaughter about the "sock rule".
I understand the rule but did not realize it before we went there. By the way, it was July. I explained the rule to the children. Upon dispersing food I realized that we did not have our whole order. The manager disagreed and asked for my receipt. She agreed that I did not have my entire order. While we were speaking,(calmly and quietly} I asked her why her employee had to yell at the children. The employee came over to listen in and began YELLING at me in front of ALL of the customers. The manager said nothing. Needless to say I will NEVER enter that store under any circumstances again and I would advise anyone else to do the same.
