The diner we visited had a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. The food was delicious and we enjoyed a variety of menu items, from onion rings to homemade pie. Overall, it was a great dining experience and worth a visit if you're in the area.

I have been going here since high school, Carl was still working there. Greatest person ever, made sure that people ate even if they couldn't afford it.
The food was great then and affordable. The food and menu has been updated and is the best! Chillicothes Number friendly, and the best food ever. Feel at home..
Great Food, great service, great place all together.

Food is good. Best burgers and shakes, but can't help but be grossed out watching wait staff take money and then handle food. Also noticed a server cough on her hand and not wash hands, as well as clean dishes dropped on the floor and then put back on shelf. There were flies everywhere too. Servers here really should be taught better food handling practices. Really hard to see past those things... wish I could because the food tastes great.

My daughter wanted to take me out for breakfast for Father's Day and we decided to try something different and went to Carl's...we had just over an hour before we had to be someplace close by and figured an hour would be sufficient time to order and eat. Wrong!!! We sat for 40 minutes after ordering with the rude waitress ignoring us before I was finally able to flag down another waitress to inquire about our food she came back and said it would be a few more minutes that they were waiting on my daughters waffle..we got our food 5 minutes before we had to leave and simply could not eat it. Not that is was worth eating anyway...could have gotten a better breakfast at McDonald's. I will say that they did not charge us for the meal because of the wait but it was a terrible experience and I won't be back .
