On 11 February, we dined at Coldwater Cafí© at the Chef's Table. For starters, the staff went out of their way to help us celebrate our special occasion, birthday and Valentine's Day, with a warm welcome.
It was a wonderful opportunity to have a five course dinner with various wines, appetizers, etc. Food was superb, service excellent, and an extremely competent staff who were all enthusiastic and engaging.
Nick the owner, Katy the Executive Chef, Kristen and Annie the bartenders, Teri our server, and Don the night manager all made it a very special time for us. The coordination between kitchen, servers and hosts was fantastic.
We may be a bit biased, but we have eaten at numerous restaurants in all 50 states and 15 foreign countries over the past 84 years... none ran as smoothly as the Coldwater Cafe. Following our dinner, lively conversation and getting to know our hosts, made for a perfect ending.
Thanks to all for a night to be remembered. We will be back!!
