There are times I just don't feel like cooking or going out. Only a few delivery options to us "country bumpkins" outside the city of Conneaut. Thank goodness The Sub Shop is one of them. Their delivery is always timely and the food is always hot. I can't say I have ever had a meal that disappointed me in all the years I've had deliveries from them. It's awesome to get a piece of pie with each dinner too!

Stromboli was great and both times delivered within 35 minutes after being told up to 50 minutes.

this place is very hit and miss. the strombolis are really good, never had a complaint there. the subs would be decent if they didn't charge you for every(even basic) topping. if all you care about is a bun with meat, then they are decent, nice amount of meat for the money.
I've only had food delivered, so I can't offer input on the establishment. the service when making orders can be very bad, I've been hung up on before mid-order. I can't recall ever having an actual "pleasant" experience ordering. sometimes they just decide they don't wanna do any delivery and refuse orders.
other than all that, food arrives in a timely fashion and is still surprisingly hot. i'd recommend it, but with a warning.

The kitchen is DIRTY!! THEY NEVER WASH THEIR HANDS, or have CLEAN cloths to wipe things down! VERY dirty place!!

C'mon this place rocks. They've been around for a great many years for a reason. Their stromboli is the best! Trust me I've been in multiple different states and even multiple countries (including Italy) and still you can't find anything better. The subs can be hit and miss, but overall a great bang for buck and tasty too.

I work at Greg Sweet and figured I would give them a try since they are the only place that delivers around here. I ordered a 12 inch meatball sub and 6 bbq wings. Ill start with a little background about myself so I do not sound like an uneducated food critic. I took Culinary arts, was a kitchen supervisor at a local winery in charge of wedding dinners, receptions and the usually 400+ a night rush for the weekends, along with cooking for several other plaes. So the wings were awesome! crispy, just enough sauce and had a decent amount of meat on the bone! a+ for the wings! Now the sub. The sub was the worst meat ball sub I ever had in my life! I would rather eat a mcdouble (which I hate) & spend a whole dollar. The sub was decent size, but came in one giant sub, and did not bother to cut it at all. There was not one whole meatball on the sub. It was chopped up little chunks in marinara sauce. The sauce tasted very generic. half of my meat was PINK(NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH) which I had to take my sub and nuked it to at least cook it so I could eat. I was starving and diabetic so I had to eat. I find it pretty disgusting that it was not cooked all the way through. I also find it messed up the only thing on the sandwich is meatballs and there wasn't even whole meatballs on it. I feel like I basically ate a sandwich with melted cheese and chunky pasta sauce.1/5. would be a 0 if the wings weren't awesome! I WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN NOR RECOMEND. I FEEL SERVING RAW MEAT, AND SH-TTY FOOD IS TOTALLY UNEXEPTABLE ! DO NOT GO > WARN PEOPLE>
