Placed an order tonight for a small extra cheese pizza. It came with pepperoni. I am a vegetarian and don't eat pepperoni. As a former waitress I don't like to complain when it comes to food so I tried to pick the pepperoni off of one piece, taking all the cheese off with it. Called to request the pizza I actually ordered and was told because I had "messed" with one piece they wouldn't replace it. Instead of the manager getting on the phone and telling me this himself he talked in the background and forced the girl answering the phone to give me the bad news. We used to order from here regularly, which I am sure they can see in their ordering system, but not anymore. Very unimpressed and won't recommend to anyone. Wish I could give them 0 stars

Creno's Pizza in South Zanesville Ohio has the absolute worst employees. They quit answering the phone when it gets close to time for them to close. So if you ordered at 9 and it doesnt show up by 9:45 you can not even call to see if its coming at all. In which as seems to be quite often your order does not show up at all. Three times for me personally they have not ever showed up with my order. As if the countless times I've tried ordering in the past before close and no one answers the phone isn't bad enough. Leaving you waiting for an order that never shows up is down right despicable. Food is good but order from a different location. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM SOUTH ZANESVILLE OHIO CRENO'S!
