Food was not delicious but mediocre. Way too pricey for the quality. Atmosphere was timeless. Owner was rude. Has no idea how to treat employees or customers. This historical gem could (should) be so much more, and there are so many people hoping the place will change hands soon. Germantown deserves better. What a shame. We will not be back.

We were at the Florentine about a month ago and our food was very good. So today September 3 we went back. I ordered the Ribeye same as last time, I asked for it to be cooked medium however this thing was closer to rare or medium rare. When I brought it to the servers attention she said she would tell them, no let me take it back and have it fixed correctly no nothing. So this will be the last time I go there

We were delighted The food excellent. All 5 meals were good The atmosphere very nice. Really enjoyed the meal. The owner is great. Lots of stories about the history of the hotel. Try it. Very Good!!!!!!

The Florentine Restaurant is amazing! The owners have upgraded their menu and the food is really good! The chef is awesome!

Clay and Beth are great! They continue to add to the menu and they have a very good chef! The food is delicious! The atmosphere is perfect and the bar has a fabulous beer selection. The meat is hand-selected, hand cut and ground. The roasted veggies are a masterpiece. We love this placeâ¤ï¸
