During the holiday season, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious pizza I picked up in just 15 minutes from a clean and inviting restaurant. With fantastic menu options, including mouthwatering onion rings and a unique 31" pizza for gatherings, it's a destination worth returning to for the delicious food and friendly service.

The visit today with 6 family members was the worst experience ever. Waited 45 minutes for a crispy chicken salad to be brought to the table after everyone else had eaten. Then when we complained the manager decided to come to the table with a bad attitude blaming us for complaining cause the kitchen was "slammed with only 3 ppl back there!" No refund given. Will not be returning.

assistance for any questions you may have
about the food or weather, they will assist you with whatever they can with a smile.
The surprise, was what looked to be a small wagon wheel,that turned out to be a great tasting pizza busting with flavor that would make your moma cry. Do yourself a favor,,,GO

Just bought an 18" pizza at Fred's Pizza on 11th St. asked them to not burn the pizza, but cook it done so it is not doughy. Got home with the pizza and could not pick up a piece, it had too much sauce, and just folded limp. I called Fred's, spoke with manager Greg. "Said he remembered my order, discussed how to cook" I explained the pizza was horrible and I put it under the broiler, still didn't help. The only solution he would offer is to bring the pizza back and he would cook it as many times as I would like. I am not driving back to pizza shop to have the pizza recooked but, I can promise to never order from them again. I was treated disrespectful and didn't think it as funny as the manager did. He told me he would recook a takeout pizza.

Never had anything but good service,,use them twice a week for years have never had anyone tell me to tip the driver lol If I ever had a problem with order they promptly send out another so two thumbs way up!

Last night I called up to place my order. One large pizza and an Italian sub. Both were perfect. The dough on the pizza was the perfect thickness and cooked just the right amount of time. The dough for the sub felt like bakery bread.

Was very doughy they suggested if I got less topping on there meat loavers pizza it could of been cooked better I was very dissatisfied even after the second and third attempt it was still disgusting and doughy they acted as if I wouldn't of ordered so many toppings it wouldn't of been that way don't blame the customers for your mistakes

We love Fred's Pizza in Portsmouth! It doesn't matter if we are dining in or ordering to go, the food and service is always wonderful!!

Wow, absolutely horrible! Much too expensive for greasy, limp pizza and tacky service! We had some friends over, so I ordered the largest size pizza they have, I believe it was a 26". After placing my order over the phone, the man says to me, "Please do not forget to tip your delivery person. An average tip is $8 and that's what is expected." LOL I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
