We ordered 40-50$ multiple times a week for our family regularly but they lost us as a customer. I was working from home so I ordered 2 lasagna lunches for myself since I was the only one home. I was working in my office upstairs and was told 45 mins to an hour, as always. I went downstairs after 35 minutes to wait on the porch because I wouldn’t be able to hear knocking from my office upstairs. I do this every time we order and it’s always late but 15-30 minutes. But I come out way early just in case. Well apparently they came super fast for once and didn’t tell me the correct time so since I was working and thought I had time, I missed the delivery. I waited and waited thinking they were just late as usual, until finally I called only to be treated like crap by the manager. The absolute worst manager I have ever dealt with. Unbelievably rude! Safe to say I didn’t get my food and I’ve never ordered there again. So they lost at least 100$ a week of our business. I don’t think corporate would like how they handled the situation. I have a very large extended family in the piketon area who are also boycotting this restaurant. If they don’t value their customers experience then why support them?

Horrible service. Went through the drive through to get my order and sat there for 10 minutes waiting and was never acknowledged that we was even there although 4 of the workers went right by the window. Went inside and waited 5 minutes before someone came to the front. The only reason anyone came to the front is because the phone rang. At least acknowledge that you have a customer at your pick up window. Food was cold when I got it. They just lost a customer I will NOT be going back.
