Wow. I love Giovanni's, but I have never experienced such POOR customer service. I had a question about my total and was laughed at. Then, I spoke to the most rude manager. I don't normally leave reviews or anything, but this is insane to me. I was told that they were "swamped" and didn't have time to deal with my issue. I tried to explain my issue and was repeatedly interrupted and told that there was nothing that could be done. Btw, when you order for delivery, they up charge the cost of EACH PIZZA by $3 plus add a delivery fee, without telling you. So don't worry about asking what their specials are because they won't tell you. I will never order from Oak Hill Gios again. I'm livid. Great food, awful people.

crust thin, you can read the newspaper through it. skimpy on items and always overly done. Prices too high for such lousy food

Giovanni s food is DELICIOUS, let me get that out of the way, that s the ONLY good part of Giovanni s, Now for everything that s wrong with them, They don t take checks unless you come in with your drivers license, they don t take debit/credit cards over the phone, its 2012 come on now! get with this century Giovanni s! but for my biggest gripe and the reason im giving it 2 stars, The attitude of the employees, I recently called giovannis to place a order to be delivered (which is another problem they only offer deliveries at certain times of the day) i asked to pay b credit card and he refused to take my numbers over the phone. i told him hes losing customers this way, he said Well thats ok i got over 500 dollars today alone! , and then he hung up on me. thats incredibly bad business practice and i for one wont be talked to like a -ssh-l-. Good job losing not one but atleast 4 customers today, i hope you go out of business.
