I think the manager on night shift is very rude and don't know how to take orders or correct orders I wouldnt even give them a star
.. It was horrible didn't get to eat my food cuz it was wrong and she wouldn't even fix it and New it was messes up..👎

I have been going to get food here at least once a week for about 2 years.I was called a bad curse word from your employe when he brought our food out to the car were he told us to wait. I was very upset and will never go back to Jocko's again.Great fried fish not nice employees I figured it cost you at least one loyal customer and1000 to 1500 dollars a year in lost revenue.I think you need Indeed

20+ year customer not going back...... We have been going to Jocko's for years..... On our latest visit we pulled up and I ordered a chicken dinner for my wife.. Just that quick she gave me a total and told me to drive around. I said I wanted a drink with that and just that quick she gave a total and told me to drive around....I told her I wasn't done ordering yet and she seemed irritated for some reason. Our order was wrong. No fries with my wife's dinner. We pulled back around when the girl saw us she left the window and apparently told another girl to see what we wanted. She checked our receipt and returned with a small "To Go Box" with some fries in it handed to us...didnt say a word...went back inside..... Customer service here has been bad lately....
