Klosterman's is a longstanding local favorite in Van Wert, offering decent pizza cooked in a traditional pizza oven, a rarity these days. The crust is old-school and delicious, and the ingredients taste fresh. While it's only available for carryout or delivery, Klosterman's has maintained its reputation for good food over the years, a testament to their quality and consistency.

went there one time to pick up a pizza. Lady making pizzas wiped her nose with back of her hand and NO gloves on.guy came in and made his own and never washed his hands..never went back..not very friendly neither..

My wife and friend and I found this place by accident while we were in Ohio to attend my bull-riding class. We liked the pizza so much we went back to bring one home with us a few days later, and now every trip to Van Wert for a bull riding show it's part of the trip to always bring home a Klosterman's pizza. Greasy? Sure it is, but it's great, and we've made several others into Klosterman pizza fans too. It's take out only, in a little place that looks like it might have once been a gas station. How often would you bother to remember the name of a little pizza take-out 150 miles from where you live? This one is the only one, for me.
