The food at Laff's is still as good as ever, and they've made some nice updates to the place by adding more tables and freshening up the walls. However, the portion sizes seem to have shrunk a bit, like the nachos being smaller than before, and the service can be a bit slow with the new staff trying to catch up. Overall, I'm glad they're open again after the fire, and it's still a great spot for bar food despite the minor hiccups.

Food is great but do not let them have your credit card, someone from there got into our bank account. We only pay cash there now, no more walking away from the table with our info

Called in an order and ask the person that took order to give me a total. She said ok hold on. Then I heard her talking to someone I asumed was management,this male voice I heard clearly say, "well tell him thats the credit card charge,if he don't want to pay it f*** em! She then got back on the phone and gave me a total. I ask her if the man was referring to me? She laughed and said no. I did not feel like she was being honest although it wasn't her fault. I felt like taking my business elsewhere. About 2 hrs. Later I recieved a voice mail from the owner.Jackie, telling me if I did not go pay $35.00 her next call would be to the POLICE! I called Jackie back and attempted to tell her what happened. She was rude and talked over me,would not even let me explain! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! So I called the bar back and the nice girl who took my order answered and let me explain. Never heard anything else about it. Germantown is a small town and being a son of a former police officer in a close but slightly larger city I know that chasing down Jackie`s unhappy patrons is not on there agenda.

Great wings & burgers. Best reuben around, hands down..the unfortunate part is that the Owner has decided to nickel & dime her patrons. Has raised her prices on everythingcharges a dollar for extra ranch dressing to dip the wings in. (you can buy an entire bottle if ranch dressing at the dollar store for a dollar)...used to be a great place to dunne, but the inflated prices have limited the frequency my friends & I visit.

Some of the biggest wings in the area. I've been going there for over twenty years, usually for pick up. If you have a gathering I recommend their wings.
