Their food has gone downhill in taste. It's like they are trying to find cheaper ways to make menu items but lack the flavor. Subpar experience for an above average check. We have always wondered why their staff turnaround is so high as well. Servers used to be friendly and enjoyable. There are better BBQ joints around the area.

We stopped there a few weeks ago and decided to sit at the bar. Avid fans of the brewery on the square and their staff, so figured we should try the Smokehouse. It took 5 minutes at least until the bartender acknowledged us and she just threw menus at us without greeting herself. We could tell there was some tension between her and some of the other staff members, which was very off-putting. We got the nachos, which were good, but the cheese was lukewarm. The dinners were okay but nothing to brag about. Baked beans tasted like they opened a can of Busch Beans. I think after this experience with staff and the food, we will stick to the Brewery.

We went there on 4th of July weekend and it was the worst service we have ever received at a restaurant, which is sad because this is a local restaurant we have been going to for the past 8 or so years. The server did not want to be there and could not even put on a fake smile. She only came to our table once after taking our orders and at that point we just wanted boxes and lost interest in getting another drink or dessert. The food was also not as good as it once was and did not taste fresh. The fries were cold and the baked beans tasted like something out of the can. Our server did not ask us how everything was and we hate to complain but after this experience, we will not be patronizing their smokehouse again.

My whole family woke up the next morning feeling sick. Food tasted processed and nothing tasted fresh. Server was taking her time with drinks and checking on us. She seemed too busy talking to people at the bar. This was our first time there and will be our last time. A lot better BBQ places around Northeast Ohio.

I have to agree Their cheese sauce has to be straight out of a can. It ruins their nachos and the "beer cheese soup". I feel like they microwave the majority of their food and nothing is ever consistent. If you want to be sick all night long, then go ahead and try this place.

If you like canned cheese then you will like this place. Fries were covered in cold cheese that they probably got right out of the can. It is on one of their sandwiches too so unless they can sub a different cheese, I do not recommend.

I stopped in for a couple of beers and an appetizer. They did not have much beers to chose from, which is kind of off-putting for a "brewery." I sat there for 10 minutes with an empty glass while the bartender was eating behind the bar and on her phone. I got the boar tails and they were okay, nothing to brag about. They only had one bbq sauce for them, which was also a disappointment. I don't know about you but that was enough to make me not want to go back.
